End User License Agreement (EULA)

 

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using this game ("Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

Grant of License:

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you by the game developer ("Developer") for use solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use.

 

Ownership:

The Game and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of the Developer. The license granted to you under this Agreement does not convey any ownership or other proprietary rights in the Game. The free and copyrighted additional assets and meshes not done by the Developer are listed in the Credits tab.

Restrictions on Use:

 

You shall not:
a. Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Game, except as expressly permitted by law.

b. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game.

c. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.

d. Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.

e. Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

f. Record or paste or screen capture the game video footage with any audio other than in-game audio or audio produced and fully owned by the player. 

g. Share, publish, or disclose any confidential or proprietary information related to the Game without Developer's prior written consent.

 

Termination:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies in your possession.

 

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Developer does not warrant that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. 

 

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of EU and Finland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki.

 

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

 

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not install or use the Game.
